The "liquid small pouch packaging materials" handled by Philnext use extruded LLDPE for the sealant, providing excellent sealing properties. We offer three types according to different usage applications, capable of accommodating various usage conditions. ■ Standard Type (Hot pack possible below 80℃) - Filling speed: 5–15m/min, 50–150 shots/min ■ High-Speed Filling Type - Filling speed: 15–25m/min, 150–250 shots/min ■ Hot Pack Type (80℃–95℃) - Filling speed: 10–20m/min, 100–200 shots/min Additionally, the combination of base materials such as PET and ONy can be freely selected. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
